Welcome to John on the Web........Demo Site.  Here are a few things I have underway:

A couple of people have also asked me how I create these videos so here is a brief summary. I use a SONY DCS – SR 60 which is a 30 Gig Hard Drive Camera. It captures video at 720 x 576 resolutions at 25 frames per second. This consumes about 3 Gigs of hard drive space per game. I am hoping in the future to move up to a Hi Def camera (1080i) for Christmas but have to convince my wife. I mount the camera on a SkyPod and use a portable TV to monitor the Video. When I get home, I transfer the video to my computer and use encoder software to compress the video. I encode the video at two levels, the first low resolution = 360x264 @ 12.5 fps creates a ~120MB file is generally accepted as the best quality for video delivered over the Internet. The second resolution is at the native 720x576 @ 25 fps which creates ~ 600MB file. Along the way I am experimenting with some editing and other enhancements. I then host the video’s in a basic web application using Microsoft Silverlight Technology. This last step is because of my background in software development but it could easily be omitted in exchange for a simple page with links.
